Abstract
This report was prepared to inform discussions during the 3rd meeting of the Durban Forum on capacity-building. The report compiles and synthesizes information of relevance to capacity-building contained in reports published by relevant bodies established under the Convention and its Kyoto Protocol (namely the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, the Least Developed Countries Expert Group, the Adaptation Committee, the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts, the Technology Executive Committee, the Climate Technology Centre and Network, the Standing Committee on Finance, the Green Climate Fund and the Executive Board of the clean development mechanism) since the 2nd meeting of the Durban Forum on capacity-building. Parties may wish to consider information contained in this report with a view to further enhancing the monitoring and review of the effectiveness of capacity-building
