The Conference of the Parties, at its seventeenth session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 5 March 2012, their views on the composition, modalities and procedures of the team of technical experts referred to in decision 2/CP.17, annex IV, paragraph 1. The secretariat has received 12 such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, the submissions are attached and reproduced in the languages in which they were received and without formal editing
