The Conference of the Parties, at its seventeenth session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 5 March 2012, their views on the term and mandate of the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention and the need for continuation of the group. The secretariat has received 14 such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
