Views on the issue of materiality under the clean development mechanism. Submissions from Parties and relevant organizations.

The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, by its decision 3/CMP.6, paragraph 31, invited Parties, intergovernmental organizations and admitted observer organizations to submit to the secretariat, by 28 March 2011, views on the issue of materiality under the clean development mechanism. The secretariat has received four such submissions from Parties and intergovernmental organizations. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing. The secretariat has also received submissions from admitted observer organizations. In line with established practice, the secretariat has posted these submissions on the UNFCCC website
