The Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol, at its fourteenth session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 31 October 2010, views on the draft proposal by the Chair to facilitate preparations for negotiations (FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/14, para. 22). The secretariat has received three such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are contained in this document and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
