At the thirteenth session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol, the Chair presented "Draft proposal by the Chair', made available as document FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/CRP.2, and invited Parties to submit their views on his text to the secretariat by 31 August 2010. The secretariat has received seven such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are contained in this document and reproduced in the languages in which they were received and without formal editing
