Ideas and proposals on the elements contained in paragraph 1 of the Bali Action Plan. Submissions from Parties.

The Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA), at its second session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat ideas and proposals on the elements contained in paragraph 1 of the Bali Action Plan (decision 1/CP.13). The secretariat received four such submissions from Parties between 21 November and 12 December 2009. As requested by the AWG-LCA, they have been posted on the UNFCCC website. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, the submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing. Submissions received from accredited intergovernmental organizations are available in document FCCC/AWGLCA/2009/MISC.9 and have been posted on the UNFCCC website. In line with established practice, submissions received from non-governmental organizations have been posted on the UNFCCC website
