Synthesis report on the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries. Note by the secretariat.

This report has been prepared to support annual monitoring and evaluation by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries annexed to decision 2/CP.7. The report draws on information synthesized from national communications, other national reports, annual submissions from Parties and relevant organizations received between September 2008 and August 2009. Information is presented according to the elements of the capacity-building framework. Parties may wish to consider this note to assist in the annual monitoring of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries
