Experiences with monitoring and evaluation of capacity-building at the national level. Submissions from Parties.

The Conference of the Parties, at its thirteenth session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 15 August 2008, information on their experiences with monitoring and evaluation of capacity-building at the national level, for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its twenty-ninth session (FCCC/CP/2007/6, para. 87). The secretariat has received six such submissions. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing
