This document provides a summary of the expert workshop on monitoring and evaluating capacitybuilding in developing countries, with a focus on climate change. The workshop was held in St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, from 5 to 6 November 2007. Discussions at the workshop focused on the experiences of Parties in capacity-building and the experiences of intergovernmental organizations and other bodies in monitoring and evaluating capacity-building. The document concludes with a summary of discussions at the workshop
