Annual report of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol. Addendum.

This addendum to the annual report of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP) covers activities from 1 August 2006 to 1 November 2006. The report recommends decisions to be taken by the COP/MOP, at its second session, on the joint implementation (JI) project design document forms for JI small-scale projects and for JI land use, land-use change and forestry projects. It also puts forward the management plan of the JISC, including a budget plan for the period 2006–2007, and the provisions for the charging of fees to cover administrative costs relating to the activities of the JISC for endorsement by the COP/MOP. The most prominent development during the period covered by this addendum to the report is the launch of the verification procedure under the JISC on 26 October 2006.
