This document reports on progress made by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in developing capacity-building performance indicators, and on plans by the GEF to evaluate its capacity development activities. The Subsidiary Body for Implementation may wish to take into account the progress made by the GEF in this area when considering steps to regularly monitor the capacitybuilding framework
