Report on the workshop on national systems for the preparation of greenhouse gas inventories under Article 5, paragraph 1, of the Kyoto Protocol. Note by the secretariat.

The secretariat was requested to organize a workshop on national systems in the first half of 2005. The workshop took place in Bonn, Germany, from 11 to 12 April 2005. The participants shared their experiences of and plans for establishing national systems. The Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice may wish to take note of the information in this document and, if necessary, provide additional guidance
