This report covers the technical assessment (TA) of the submission of the European Union (EU) on its forest management reference level (FMRL), submitted on 17 May 2011 in accordance with decision 2/CMP.6. The report also covers the European Union's revised FMRL, submitted to the expert review team (ERT) on 11 August 2011 in response to the recommendations in this assessment and the initial draft review reports of individual member States. The TA took place as a centralized activity from 30 May to 3 June 2011 in Bonn, Germany, and was coordinated by the UNFCCC secretariat
