The Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol, at its fourteenth session, invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 31 October 2010, views on the draft proposal by the Chair to facilitate preparations for negotiations (FCCC/KP/AWG/2010/14, para. 22).
