The Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol, at its seventh session (FCCC/KP/AWG/2009/5, chapetr V A), invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 24 April 2009, views on the possible improvements to emissions trading and the project-based mechanisms contained in annexes III and IV to the report on its seventh session (FCCC/KP/AWG/2009/5). The secretariat has received nine such submissions.
