registry is released, information recorded in the prototype registry will be included and will be publicly

registry are the same for NAMA approvers and NAMA developers are identical.
Can the templates for entering information be customized to allow parties to enter extra information
The templates cannot be changed but they allow attachments containing extra
information to be added.
