Consistent with the mandate of decision 5/CMP.2, paragraph 7, relating to the organization of consultations which will provide a forum for an exchange of views and proposals on, inter alia, institutional arrangements for the Adaptation Fund, the UNFCCC secretariat is convening this consultation, on behalf of the Chair of the SBI, which will be held in Bali, Indonesia, from 29‑30 November 2007.
