Programmes to engage citizens and non-governmental organizations in addressing climate change can be improved by ensuring that information is more freely available. Information must be easily accessible to anyone who seeks it out in libraries, on the Internet or from government offices. This section of CC:iNet provides ideas and best practices for ensuring widespread and convenient access to climate change information.
