The Capacity Development for Climate Change Partnership (C3D+) aims to strengthen capacities of developing countries to address climate change through nationally appropriate measures and planning strategies.
Coordinated by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), the nine regional C3D+ partner organizations support research and training institutions in developing countries to identify, develop, test and apply new analytical tools and methods that can build their capacities.
The revamped website promotes knowledge-sharing among developing country researchers and practitioners and shares the experience of ten years of analytical work on adaptation and mitigation solutions in developing countries. The site is organized around C3D+'s five service areas: Climate Science and Information Services; Climate Vulnerability and Adaptation Services; Climate Mitigation Services; Mainstreaming Services; and Capacity Development.
