2.        Organizational matters

2(a)  

 Election of officers

The ADP, at its 4th plenary meeting, elected Mr. Kishan Kumarsingh (Trinidad and Tobago) and Mr. Artur Runge-Metzger (European Union) as the new Co-chairs of the ADP, and  Ms. Isabel Di Carlo Quero (Venezuela) as the Rapporteur of the ADP.
2(b)  Adoption of the agenda Agenda adopted at the first part of the session as proposed in document FCCC/ADP/2013/1 
2(c)  Organization of work of the session Organization of work agreed.
On 4 June 2013, the ADP resumed its second session as agreed during the first part of the session (29 April-3 May 2013) . At the 4th plenary meeting of the ADP on 13 June 2013, the second session was suspended.
3   Implementation of all the elements of decision 1/CP.17 The ADP adopted the draft conclusions proposed by the Co-Chairs contained in document FCCC/ADP/2013/L.2

Matters related to paragraphs 2 to 6  

The ADP has organized its work under item 3(a) in the following workshops and round tables:

Workshop on enhancing adaptation through the 2015 agreement  facilitated by Mr. Burhan Gafoor (Singapore)

Round table on Variety of enhanced actions
Round table on Linkages with existing arrangements

The round tables will be chaired by the ADP Co-Chairs:
Mr. Jayant Moreshvar Mauskar (India) and
Mr. Harald Dovland (Norway)

In addition, the Co-Chairs of the ADP have made arrangements for a series of pdf-icon briefings (124 kB) to be held during the session.

Matters related to paragraphs 7 and 8

The ADP has organized its work under item 3(b) in the following workshops and round tables:

III Workshop on pre-2020 ambition: Energy , facilitated by  Mr. Houssen Alfa Nafo (Mali)

Round table on Building a practical approach to pre-2020 ambition and the way forward under workstream 2

The round tables will be chaired by the ADP Co-Chairs:
Mr. Jayant Moreshvar Mauskar (India) and
Mr. Harald Dovland (Norway)

In addition, the Co-Chairs of the ADP have made arrangements for a series of briefings to be held during the session.

 4.  Other matters  No other matters were raised
 5. Report on the session

The ADP adopted the draft report on the first two parts of the second session contained in document FCCC/ADP/2013/L.1 and authorized the Rapporteur, with the assistance of the secretariat, to complete the report on the first and second parts of the second session of the ADP, under the guidance of the Co-Chairs, and to make it available to all Parties.
