Informal meeting of representatives from Parties to further elaborate a draft indicative list of
activities for the five-year programme of work of the SBSTA on impacts, vulnerability and adaptation to
climate change

At the twenty-third session of the SBSTA, Parties requested the secretariat to organize, under the
guidance of the Chair of the SBSTA, an informal meeting of representatives from Parties before its
twenty-fourth session in order to further elaborate the draft indicative list of activities for the
programme of work (FCCC/SBSTA/2005/L.30, para 6). The SBSTA agreed to consider the outcome of
this meeting at its twenty-fourth session, with a view to identifying the activities starting as of
2006.
