Description	IOC Action pledge II The purpose of this project is to pilot activities to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities to the impacts of climate change on coastal resources in five countries in Africa (Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Mauritania, Cape Verde).
