Adaptation Actions Database (UK)
Description
An online searchable database that has been developed and is maintained by UKCIP staff. Adaptation Actions
contains examples of activities people in the UK have undertaken to exploit the opportunities that climate
change might provide or to adapt to the risks of our changing climate. The database only includes examples of
activities that have actually been implemented and does not include adaptation activities that are "a
good idea". Users can search the database to see what others have done to adapt and get ideas on how to
adapt to reduce their climate risks or exploit opportunities.

is not a definitive list, and the adaptation actions included in the database have not been validated or
