ECOPROGRESSO is a consulting firm specializing in climate change, climate policy, energy and carbon management. Ecoprogresso's vast experience and unique positioning is powered by several years of consulting, involvement in activities with the Portuguese Government in international negotiations both within the United Nations and European Union level; provision of advice to over 100 companies in climate change issues, the management of Luso Carbon Fund (LCF), capacity building activities, mainstreaming and outreach activities in a variety of countries on both mitigation and adaptation to climate change impacts.

Regarding adaptation, the development of the terms of reference for the national adaptation strategy, design and organization of the first initiative dedicated to mobilize several stakeholders to mainstream climate change adaptation in Portugal - "... in a changing climate" and the revision of the National Action Programme (NAPA) of Sao Tome and Principe are among the examples of Ecoprogresso’s experience in this field.

Ecoprogresso also has offices in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Beijing (China), since 2008, and since 2010, local partnerships with Angola and India.
