The objective of this proposed Programme is to reduce rural poverty and increase the resilience of the rural poor to the changing environmental and socio-economic situations in the mountain areas of the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) region while contributing to Nairobi Work Programme (NWP) work area on research, adaptation planning and practices. |
