|
The COP, by decision 2/CP.17, decided that the meetings of the Adaptation Committee shall be open to
attendance by admitted observer organizations, except where otherwise decided by the Adaptation
Committee, with a view to encouraging a balanced representation of observers from Annex I Parties and
from non-Annex I Parties.
